Peanut Butter Cup

1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 stick butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 lb. dry fondant or powdered sugar

Mix peanut butter and butter until combined. Gradually mix dry fondant and vanilla with peanut butter/butter mixture until it is not sticky. This mixture can be used as a filling for molded candy or rolled into balls and coated with chocolate, cocoa, chopped nuts, etc.
